The Science Academy Fundraising Initiative (SciFI) is the volunteer-based, parent-led non profit organization for The Science Academy STEM Magnet.

In collaboration with our faculty and administration, SciFI ensures The Science Academy STEM Magnet has the funds needed to continually provide vital support for the programs and materials not budgeted for by the school district.

About

Science Academy Fundraising Initiative is a 501(c)(3) non-profit whose purpose is to encourage, enrich, and promote the educational, physical, and social needs of the students and staff at The Science Academy STEM Magnet, a California public school, by (1) raising funds to purchase items directly for our school and/or classrooms that enhance the students’ learning experiences; (2) supporting social interaction of the students and their families by planning family friendly events; and (3) giving opportunities for families to volunteer and come together as a community to support the students’ educational efforts and extracurricular activities.

Annual Giving

SciFI’s Annual Giving campaign serves as the foundation of our fundraising efforts. Our goal is 100% participation from our parents, at any contribution level so that we may meet the educational, physical, and social needs of our students and staff.
